2024 Annual General Meeting
One of the important events of our year as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is our club’s Annual General Meeting. The AGM serves as a platform for transparency and accountability, where we will share highlights of our achievements over the past year, discuss financial performance, and present plans for the future.
As part of our AGM, we will also invite members to ratify the election of our Board of Directors. This year we are also proposing a change to bylaw 405 which will need to be voted on at the meeting.
