COMPETITIVE and CONVENIENT, capital cup is the best WAY TO START YOUR SUMMER TOURNAMENT SERIES!
Capital Cup offers quality competition at all levels. For those clubs that just completed tryouts, this is also a great opportunity to evaluate your newly assembled rosters.
All games are held at Capital Futbol Club’s 37-acre soccer complex. With high quality grass and synthetic fields, over 600 parking spots, on-site vendors, and nearby eateries, Capital Cup is Oregon’s best soccer tournament experience.
TOURNAMENT HIGHLIGHTS
Four-GAME-GUARANTEE AND QUALITY REFEREEING
All teams receive 4 games, with one game beginning on Friday, two games on Saturday, and one game on Sunday.
Friday: Over 80% of the teams will play a single game (a few might play two, but that is not the norm). Games will begin at 1pm on Friday. Teams at partner hotels traveling 4+ hours will be able to request to start after 2:30pm on Friday.
Saturday: Teams should plan on two games. The games will be from 8:30am to 8:30pm.
Sunday: Teams should plan on a single game, but some will have two games. The games will be from 8:30am to 5pm.
Referees come from our in-house and award winning Referee Coordinator, Jose Maciel, who has consistently provided great coverage with referees that match the needs of each level of competition.
The tournament is a great opportunity for teams to test out their rosters and see where they stand after coming out of tryouts. We work hard to create meaningful competition across all divisions so teams can compete accordingly.
CONVENIENT AND FESTIVE AWARD-WINNING VENUE
Games are nearly all hosted in ONE LOCATION, not spread out across multiple venues. This simplifies the experience and creates a “carnival feel” at the event, as well as makes it an easy tournament for clubs to participate in and watch/support multiple teams.
Capital FC’s Pioneer Sports Park is Oregon’s Best Soccer Venue. Privately owned and operated, the complex includes 2 FIFA PRO Quality Turf Fields, well-manicured grass, and amenities for fans and players alike.
