2024 Annual General Meeting


One of the important events of our year as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is our club’s Annual General Meeting. The AGM serves as a platform for transparency and accountability, where we will share highlights of our achievements over the past year, discuss financial performance, and present plans for the future.

In addition to updates on the club, there are a few business items that our membership has the opportunity to vote on.

1 - Election of Board of Directors and Officers. Here is the slate of Directors and Officers that have been nominated to serve on CFC’s board. All board positions are volunteer positions.

2 - Vote on proposed changes to CFC’s Bylaws. Our bylaws have been updated periodically during our club’s history as is common for many nonprofits. Our bylaws were last updated in 2016. As the club has grown over the years, the club has consulted with a non-profit lawyer to update our bylaws to better fit our current operations. We’ve summarized the changes for you to view here, as well as included a redline version so that you can see the changes side by side.
