2025 Annual General Meeting

One of the important events of our year as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is our club’s Annual General Meeting. The AGM serves as a platform for transparency and accountability, where we will share highlights of our achievements over the past year, discuss financial performance, and present plans for the future.

DATE - May 9, 2025

TIME - 8:30AM

LOCATION - IKE Box (299 Cottage St NE) - upstairs in the Story Hall

If you would like to attend, please use the RSVP link below so we can plan accordingly.

You may request a link to join virtually for the meeting through the RSVP Link. To join virtually, you must RSVP no later than 48 hours in advance of the meeting. If you require accommodations to attend, please contact us at office@cfcsalem.com by May 6th, 2025. As outlined in our bylaws, voting must be done in person by current CFC members at our AGM.
