Justin Bolen joins CFC as new Director of Business Operations
SALEM. Ore. — Capital Futbol Club announces the hiring of Justin Bolen as their new Director of Business Operations. Justin’s role will be to streamline the back office operations with the goals of providing the best possible customer experience and creating efficiencies that take work off of the coaching staff in order for them to provide the best playing experiences.
“As our programs grow, it’s important for us to find high quality people that match our values to help serve our membership,” stated Executive Director, Collin Box. “Justin fits that mold and brings great experience and knowledge that will help the club fulfill our mission to provide better soccer, better people, and a stronger community.”
Justin comes to CFC with a wealth of knowledge in both soccer and business.
“I could not be more excited to work with this great leadership team as this club moves to elevate the game of soccer and shape the soccer community in the Willamette Valley.”
Justin holds a United Soccer Coaches Professional Development Certificate as a Director of Coaching as well as Club Leadership. He also holds a Goalkeeping Level 1 Diploma. His recent stint as General Manager of Tualatin Hills United/Crossfire United has led him back into the soccer world where he designed and implemented strategies and functions to take that club to the next level. Justin believes that with the clubs wealth of resources and in conjunction with the current leadership team, CFC can take its place as an Oregon soccer powerhouse.
